The team

A shared belief in automating the right things.

Otto is built by a small team of people who share a simple belief: technology should automate the repetitive parts of life and give people back time and mental space.

We're building Otto to take care of the things that shouldn't require so much thought, leaving more time and attention for the things that do.

Different backgrounds.
Same belief.
Better technology.

Portrait of Alessandra Zamora

Alessandra Zamora

Founder & CEO

Otto began with Alessandra's research into mental load, household fairness and AI. She leads Otto's product and engineering direction, turning that research into technology designed to make everyday life simpler and fairer.

Mathias Therkildsen

Co-Founder

Mathias was the first person to believe Otto could become something real. With a background in physics and a strong interest in how people and systems work, he helped shape Otto's early business direction and now focuses on building the community around its mission.

Co-Founder

Theesh brings experience building software at scale, including as a former Meta engineer. He helps shape Otto's technical architecture and engineering decisions, with a focus on building a product that is reliable, scalable and made to last.

How we work

Empathy first

We build for the person quietly holding it all together. Otto should make that person’s life lighter, not give them another system to manage.

Balance by default

Fairness is the product, not a feature. We look at the whole picture and make sure everyone feels supported.

Intelligence that feels human

Otto may be powered by serious technology, but using it shouldn’t feel complicated or robotic.

Future opportunities

We're not actively hiring for open roles right now, but we are always excited to connect with talented engineers, designers, and researchers who believe in our mission of reducing the mental load at home.
